Shipping (International & Domestic)

We primarily use Royal Mail / Parcel Force for delivery and will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Transit times vary depending on the destination and may sometimes take longer than usual at customs for international orders. International orders may be subject to taxes and duties as per the requirements of your country of residence and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We endeavour to package and dispatch all items within 3-5 working days. However, this time may increase for oil paintings to ensure that they are dry enough to be packaged. You will be informed by email or phone of the estimated time period.

Returns

Sahar Imran Art aims to present accurate information and true to life pictures therefore all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, in which case please email Sahar Imran Art on info@saharimran.com within 2 days of receiving the package with pictures of the damage. 

Packaging 

Great care is taken to package your order to ensure that the package arrives to you safely. 

Shipping within UK

Stretched canvases up to 36” x 48” ( 91.5cm x 122cm) in size will be packed in acid free tissue paper, bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard boxes for delivery within UK. Anything larger will be taken off the stretcher bars and shipped in sturdy tubes. This is a safer method for large paintings as well as cost effective. The paintings can be stretched again at your local framers. 

International shipping

Small and medium canvases (up to 24” x24” / 60cm x 60 cm) are bubble wrapped and packed in cardboard boxes. 

Larger canvases will be taken off the stretcher bars and shipped in sturdy tubes. This is a safer method for large paintings as well as cost effective. The paintings can be stretched again at your local framers. 

Works on paper and greeting cards will be packed in clear plastic and shipped in bubble envelopes. 

Any other accessories offered on the website from time to time will be packaged in appropriate material to ensure its safe delivery.
